Steel Structure Fabrication
A structure refers to a steel framework composed of H Beams, I Beams, Channels, Angles, and steel pipes. Surasak Engineering uses only steel certified by TIS (Thai Industrial Standards). The structures we fabricate are designed by experienced engineers using the knock-down system. Customers can be confident that Surasak Engineering's steel structures are strong, safe, and meet the required standards. The knock-down steel structure, also known as the pre-fab system, is prepared at our factory. This includes material preparation, trial assembly, and testing before being sent for installation at the customer's site.
Advantages of the pre-fab steel structure system:
- Quick assembly and installation**: Preparation is done in a factory equipped with the necessary tools and machinery.
- Fewer errors**: Calculations and trial assemblies are conducted before installation at the customer's site.
- Fewer welds**: The pre-fab system uses bolts and nuts instead of welding, reducing the number of weld joints.
- Stronger than welding**: Bolts can withstand more tensile force than welded joints.
- Reduced waste**: The structure is calculated and designed by experienced engineers to minimize material waste.
